There is no age limit and no GPA achievement requirement.The award will be granted to an individual with a creative dream, which would contribute to global goodwill.

Arts, Visual & Performing, Political Science/Social Science, Creative Writing, Ethnic Studies, International Relations and Asian and Asian American Studies
