Awarded to either a student enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college in the U.S. or a qualified scholar engaged in study or research in the U.S.
Must be a U.S. resident whose work will be enhanced and/or supplemented by time in Sweden. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Swedish language.
