This award is reserved for new international students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The award covers 50% of tuition and lasts for the duration of the student's degree program. Students can apply online at www.etsu.edu/iss.
Students must apply for admission to ETSU as full-time, degree-seeking students, show a demonstrated record of academic achievement and have, or plan to have, an F-1 or J-1 student visa. Students can apply online at www.etsu.edu/iss . Students must apply for admission to ETSU before applying for this scholarship. This scholarship can only be used for study at East Tennessee State University.
