Candidate must have completed at least one full calendar year as a full-time student in doctoral level studies and be a full-time student, at the time of application. Candidate may be studying abroad.
Candidate must be a Canadian citizen or have held landed immigrant status for at least one year. Candidate must hold at least a bachelors degree. Candidate must already be accepted into or be currently enrolled in her proposed program and place of study, at the time of application.
