For graduate studies in the humanities or social sciences. Special consideration given to study in Canadian History only as a deciding factor, all else being equal. The candidate must reside in Canada.
Candidate must be a Canadian citizen. Candidate must hold at least a bachelors degree. Candidate must have been accepted into or be currently enrolled in her proposed program and place of study, at the time of application.
